People of South Asian heritage who migrated to Dorset from outside the UK in the last 30 years are invited to attend a workshop that explores the first-generation migrant experience.

The workshops will help performance poet Aanka Batta and stand-up artist Raj Adgopul to combine a range of authentic voices with their own experiences in a performance project they are developing together. The aim is that pilot performances will take place in early 2025, and participants at the workshops will of course be invited to attend.
