We are delighted to continue collaborating with internationally renowned artist, Adrian Paci.

His latest piece, In Displaced Remembrance, is developed in collaboration with a group of displaced people living in Greece. This work is presented as part of the exhibition Elefsina Mon Amour: In Search of the Third Paradise.

Adrian shares his thoughts about the work:

‘I would like to work in dialogue with a group of displaced people and try to get from them an idea about how they imagine their tomb. The concept of a body that has gone through a displacement and a body (the dead body) that remains in a cemetery where the tomb becomes the place of the memory, interests me a lot.

As you can imagine this is a kind of project where you cannot have fixed and rigid ideas about the visual outcome because everything comes out of a dialogue … at the end of the our dialogue I would like to ask them to make a drawing of how they imagine their tomb.’
