An exhibition of work by JMC Anderson, Shathy Bano, Jill Eastland, Lyn Reed-Golden and Alaa Shasheet.
Second Skin is an exhibition exploring skin as a concept and our universal experience of mobility and migration through artwork and creative events. There will be a full interactive programme of workshop and artist sessions. Presented in association with Counterpoints Arts.
Venue: Anteros Foundation, 7-15 Fye Bridge Street, Norwich NR3 1LJ
This exhibition follows on from the Confluence community programme and exhibition organised and curated by Shathy Bano as part of the Platforma festival October 2025 produced by Counterpoints Arts. This involved a series of community sessions and artwork created over the course of the year with diverse groups from migrant backgrounds and visitors.
The 2026 Second Skin exhibition involves selected artworks from five artists with direct experience of migration and also through heritage, together with community artwork displays. There will also be an opportunity for the public and specific community groups to participate to explore these themes through talks and workshops.
